Since 1979 I'm in administrative automation & IT, executive and as trainer, coach, presales and after sales. Broad specialist in the realization phases of new development and migrations, especially within (systems) programming. Activities as a project member as well as coach/trainer, quality advisor, solution architect etc. Considered the local (NL) guru in the area of COBOL. Special focus: the transitional area between traditional programming and object orientation and web- and GUI-enabling of mainframe functionality. Actively involved in development of the COBOL standard, member of the international standards committee (ISO/ANSI) and of the Dutch normative commission (NEN).
